Welcome to FFL by Kaizen! By accessing or placing an order on our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • Our store sells custom-made, print-on-demand merchandise through Shopify and Printful.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

2. Accounts

  • You may be required to create an account to place orders.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All products are made-to-order.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods available on the checkout page.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are charged at the price listed at checkout.

4. Shipping

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time (after fulfillment):
    • USA: 3–5 business days
    • Europe: 3–7 business days
    • Canada: 5–10 business days
    • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All products are final sale, except for defective or incorrect items.

  • If an item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will work with our print partner, Printful, to issue a replacement or refund.

  • Returns for sizing or preference are not accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (logos, designs, images, text) is owned by FFL by Kaizen or our partners.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • FFL by Kaizen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of products.

  • Our liability for any claim related to a defective product is limited to a replacement or refund of the item purchased.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the Netherlands.
